Be warned: Picasso is cheating Farangs!

All the signs and ads tell you (in Thai) that a 3-hour room rent will cost 290 Baht.

We visited the 24-hour motel two times within about one month. Both times they asked 390 Baht for a 1 hour stand.

The entrance to Picasso, located on Soi Chaloem Prakiat 6, off Pattaya 3rd Road. The building in the middle provides rooms on the 1st floor, the rooms at the buildings to its left and right are on the second floor, above the parking rooms.
