We are pleased to inform you that Tantra A Go-Go and Spicy Girl A Go-Go in Walking Street, MJ Kitty Girl A Go-Go in Soi 6 and catch Me A Go-Go in Soi LK Metro were open today. In Walking Street, the discos 808 and Candy Shop were also well attended. On the following days Spicy Girl A Go-Go was inactive again. We will update our pages as soon as we receive more good news!

Thailand's Dictator, Prime Minister and Songwriter Prayut Chan-o-cha and his brainiacs at the CCSA (Centre for COVID-19 Situation Administration) have decided that Bars, Go-Go Clubs, Discos and other Entertainment venues will not be allowed to open before January 15th, 2022, (if at all).

Big Hugs, an A Go-Go Club in Soi Yamato, off Pattaya Second Road, has definitely not survived the Covid19 pandemic.

Serenity A Go-Go in Soi Buakhao and Center Club A Go-Go in Soi Diamond (off Walking Street) have definitely not survived the Covid19 pandemic. The signs have disappeared and the rooms have been emptied. A new club called Su Casa A Go-Go is currently being set up in the rooms of the former Center Club A Go-Go.

As soon as circumstances allow, a new management will open Viper Bar A Go-Go in the completely renovated premises of the former We are the No. 1 A Go-Go Club on Thappraya Road, a few meters only from Jomtien beach.

LISA, the Coyote Bar in the northern part of Pattaya Second Road closed down and is up for rent.

After Pattaya's temporarily 'lockdown' Ninja A Go-Go in Soi LK Metro will reopen under new management as Dove Club A Go-Go.

Quarantine time for all arrivals, which has previously been reduced to 7 days for Thais and 10 days for foreign nationals, will be extended to 14 days again, regardless of their vaccination status.

The festival was supposed to take place from April 30th until May 22nd, 2021.

On April 5th, Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha has ordered an immediate 14-day shutdown of entertainment venues or restaurants where a Covid-19 infection is found. If an infection is found at any of these businesses, it will be shut down for at least two weeks. In case infections are found across many businesses in the same area, they will all be shut for at least 14 days, the new rule says.

In a complete surprise, Pulse A Go-Go in Soi LK Metro also opened its doors. The club was advertised for sale for more than 1 year.

Fahrenheit A Go-Go and Nashaa Club, both located in Walking Street, have reopened today. Sugar Sugar - the A Go-Go Club located in the corner Soi Buakhao / Soi LK Metro - opened today with a party. But Friends - the disco club - on Soi LK Metro was closed without giving reasons.

Since last weekend, Fahrenheit A Go-Go and Club Panda, both located in Walking Street, have been closed without giving any reason. If, contrary to expectations, the venues reopen, you will read it here!

Tahitian Queen, Pattaya's longest running A Go-Go Bar is back on track! Dozens of supporters made it happen following a fundraising campaign on the crowdfunding website gofundme.com. The crowdfunding was organised by Chuliporn Underwood, Woody's son from California. You can still donate money and help keep the legendary bar alive, which also supports the Fountain of Life Children's Center for more than 20 years. It seems that the bar could be saved. It was announced to open on February 12th with Woody and Bob as managers.

On January 30th Chonburi's Provincial Communicable Disease Committee announced that restaurants, pubs and bars can resume operations on February 1st. However, they must comply with the preventive measures of the Ministry of Health. Under the new regulations, restaurants, pubs, bars and karaoke shops will be allowed to stay open until 23:00. Liquors can be sold and served. Convenience stores must close between 23:00 and 05:00. Musical performances are allowed, but dancing is prohibited. Massage parlors may reopen with limited customers. Exercise venues (eg. fitness clubs) and boxing stadiums can operate and organise competitions with crowd control measures. Whether A-Go-Go clubs will be allowed to open their doors remains unclear, although the ladies' exercises on the poles can hardly be called dance performances in most places. Keep in mind that everyone must continue to practise social distancing and wear face masks.

As a result of the outbreak of Covid-19 disease in Samut Sakhon and Rayong, Chonburi Governor Pakarathorn Thienchai announced on December 30th, 2020, that both Banglamung and Pattaya must enter heavily controlled status. This means the closure of all non-essential shops, bars, dancings, nightclubs, karaoke clubs, malls, etc. Restaurants are restricted to takeout and delivery only. On December 31st, the obviously overburdened governor from Chonburi suddenly decided that restaurants could serve guests and resume serving alcoholic beverages with immediate effect. On January 4th, 2021, Chonburi's governor published "improved" regulations: Now restaurants can serve customers with food, but without alcoholic drinks, from 06:00 to 21:00. After 21:00, venues can only sell takeaway food (but including alcoholic beverages). Under the new rules, department stores can remain open, including all retail outlets. It shows again that the country's leaders speak before they use their brains.
